Jeremy Wade's Dark Waters (2019)
Popular Animal Planet personality Jeremy Wade, the nine-season star of the network's top-rated series "River Monsters," returns to waterways across the globe to investigate reports of the unimaginable and unexplained. He takes viewers on journeys beneath the water to remote areas, to islands lost in time and out into the open ocean to investigate reports that include entire fish species suddenly disappearing; unexplained sightings of mythical beasts; once thriving rivers now empty; and genetic oddities that may have produced the biggest monsters yet.
Blue Heelers (1994)
Blue Heelers is an Australian police drama series that was produced by Southern Star Group and ran for 12 years on the Seven Network, from 1994 to 2006. Although based around the policing of the town, the series generally depicted the everyday lives and relationships of the residents of Mount Thomas, a fictional small town in Victoria. The series was one of the highest-rated and most-awarded programs in the history of Australian television, having won 5 Logie awards, it is equal as the most awarded show in Logies history with The Don Lane Show. It is also noted for its two main stars Lisa McCune, a four-time recipient of the Gold Logie, and John Wood, who also won Gold.

Drunken outbursts and double standards abound in this dark comedy about the sad and funny messes we make out of our lives. Cal's best friend Kathy (Constance Wu) is always there for him with a bottle of whiskey in her purse, but she has her own problems with her nice guy boyfriend Ian (John Halbach), even if they're all in her head. Stephen Guarino guest stars as a party promoter throwing one last bash before the apocalypse.

Rather than having news crews out in the field gathering news stories and the footage to go along with them, the program relies on viral videos to provide content to the show. The show's hosts also bring viewers behind the videos with information and interviews that provide context for the clips. In addition, the program features videos from eyewitnesses to news stories who shoot footage on their mobile devices, webcams and digital cameras, with the people who submit the videos providing insight into the stories.
The Moaning of Life (2013)
The Moaning of Life is a British travel documentary comedy television series broadcast on Sky 1. It follows Karl Pilkington around the world as he visits other cultures. Unlike An Idiot Abroad, which had a similar premise, The Moaning of Life sees Pilkington actually choosing to visit other countries in order to see how they face up to some of life's biggest issues with their cultures and customs. He also reassesses his life now that he has reached the age of 40, which he considers to be "middle age". The series has five one-hour episodes, and sees Pilkington visiting Ghana, India, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, the Philippines, South Africa, Taiwan, and the United States. Its original broadcast run in the United Kingdom began on 20 October 2013.
