Coulier's character is the coordinator of the news show who vainly tries to get his eccentric crew members to work together. It features sketches with recurring themes by the Duck's Breath Mystery Theatre and interspersed animation by Spectre Productions.
The New Casper Cartoon Show (1963)
The New Casper Cartoon Show is a 1963 animated television series that appeared on ABC's Saturday morning schedule, based on the Harvey Comics cartoon character Casper the Friendly Ghost. Casper's co-stars included Wendy the Good Little Witch, The Ghostly Trio, and the seldom seen Spooky the Tuff Little Ghost, and a horse named Nightmare. The show also featured older 1959–62 Famous Studios cartoons, mostly Modern Madcaps and Noveltoons which were relabeled as "Modern Madcaps", and 26 new Casper the Friendly Ghost episodes that were created specifically for this show, though all of them originally ran in the first 1963–1964 season. Several Minisodes of the show are available to view for free on Crackle. All voices in the Casper episodes were performed by Norma MacMillan and Bradley Bolke.
