Doctor Sleep (2019)

Doctor Sleep is an upcoming American horror film based on the 2013 novel of the same name by Stephen King. Ewan McGregor stars as Danny Torrance, a man with psychic powers who struggles with alcoholism. The film is written and directed by Mike Flanagan. King's novel Doctor Sleep is a sequel to his 1977 horror novel The Shining, in which the character Danny Torrance first appears as a child with psychic powers called "the shining". The Shining was adapted into a 1980 horror film of the same name by director Stanley Kubrick. While the film Doctor Sleep is a direct adaptation of King's novel, Flanagan said that Kubrick's The Shining would be acknowledged in part. Warner Bros. Pictures began developing a film adaptation shortly after the novel was published. Writer-producer Akiva Goldsman wrote a script, but the studio did not secure a budget for the film until the box office success of its 2017 horror film It, also based on a novel by King. Flanagan was hired to rewrite Goldsman's script and direct the film. Filming began in September 2018 in the state of Georgia, including Atlanta and the surrounding area. It concluded in December 2018. Warner Bros. plans to release Doctor Sleep in theaters in the United States on November 8, 2019.

See It Now is an American newsmagazine and documentary series broadcast by CBS from 1951 to 1958. It was created by Edward R. Murrow and Fred W. Friendly, with Murrow as the host of the show. From 1952 to 1957, See It Now won four Emmy Awards and was nominated three other times. It also won a 1952 Peabody Award, which cited itssimple, lucid, intelligent analysis of top news stories of the week on television … a strikingly effective format for presenting news and the personalities involved in the news with humor, sometimes with indignation, always with careful thought.

The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show (1959)

The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends is the blanket title for an American animated television series that originally aired from November 19, 1959, to June 27, 1964, on the ABC and NBC television networks. The current blanket title was imposed for home video releases over 40 years after the series originally aired and was never used when the show was televised; television airings of the show were broadcast under the titles of Rocky and His Friends from 1959 to 1961, The Bullwinkle Show from 1961 to 1964, and The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show in syndication. Port Charles (1997)

Port Charles is an American television soap opera that aired on ABC from June 1, 1997 to October 3, 2003. It was a spin-off of the serial General Hospital, which has been running since 1963 and takes place in the fictional city of Port Charles, New York. The new show features longtime General Hospital characters Lucy Coe, Kevin Collins, Scott Baldwin, and Karen Wexler, along with several new characters, most of whom were interns in a competitive medical school program. In its later years, the program shifted more towards supernatural themes and stories, with a reduced emphasis on the original hospital setting.

Bobobo-bo Bo-Bobo (2005)

"Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo" is a TV show that came from the Japanese manga series of the same name. Directed by Hiroki Shibata, the show ran for 76 episodes over a period of two years. The show starts in the year 3001. The entire world has been taken over by the Maruhage Empire and their ruler Bald the 4th. Bald the 4th has created a hair hunting troop that goes around and captures the hair of innocent civilians. A man by the name of Bobobo-Bo Bo-Bobo decides to take a stand and fight against the empire. Bo-bobo fights against the Hair Hunt Troop with his technique known as Fist of the Nose Hair. His team consists of a teenaged girl named Beauty, a teen boy by the name of Gasser, Don Patch, as well as other members. The show, which is a comedy, uses a style of humor seen commonly in Japan.
